"What an absolutely gorgeous place! Our grill was broken and we had informed the staff but it was never fixed which is fine since we went out to eat most nights but with how much money the time share costs, things should be handled in a timely manner. We had R'Mahni as our server for breakfast the one morning and wow. What a sweet sweet person and fantastic experience having her as our waitress. She is one of the most lovely and nicest people we encountered on our stay. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Especially the iguanas 😆 we had a blast and definitely want to come back! Having a personal pool is perfect and the public pool was also beautiful. We are sad to be home and miss it already. Make sure to check out honeymoon beach for amazing views and yummy mocktails. We can't wait to come back. Oh and make sure you do the night kayaking!! Bernard and Sam are so much fun and you see so many cool fish!! An amazing experience all around !"

"Had a wonderful time on property. Had a few issues with the room but they were eventually handled. I remember the pool being cleaner and the staff being friendlier in years past, but I would imagine the staff could say the same about the tourists. We love our time down here and look forward to our next visit."

"Generally good. The storm (ernesto) threw them off. Everything on the resort closed for at least a day, water ran in our bedroom under the sliding door, leaving the carpet soaking wet. After three calls to to office over 2 days with promises to send engineering, no one came and the room smelled of mildew, so we used all our towels, washing and drying them several times, and eventually got the water soaked up. After 4 more days, still no one has come to look at the issue. Eventually the problem was self limited, with the ac running, the room dried out and didn't smell as bad. Housekeeping came on day 2 and day 6 of our trip. Large resort, very spread out, and dependant on golf carts to get around. Parking is quite inconvenient to our side of the property (5 minute shuttle ride). Food was mediocre for eye watering prices, typical resort stuff."
